In-Person Training REQUIRED
Due to the sensitive nature of the tasks that are assigned to Treasury Counter and Treasury Runner volunteers, all volunteers are required to attend an in-person training regardless of past volunteer experience.
If you have any questions about this training requirement, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator of the beneficiary organization you selected.
Departmental Training Materials
Please arrive at your designated time at the volunteer check-in area. You will receive your badge for the treasury area. DO NOT give your badge to anyone else. You will turn this badge in at the end of your shift and use your general volunteer badge for you to re-enter FSE HQ during the rest of the day. Only people with Treasury clearance are allowed in the Treasury area.
Once you have checked in, you will be given directions to the Treasury area. Check in with the Treasury supervisor.
Remember this is a restricted area: You will need to check all bags, purses, coats, etc., at FSE HQ before going into the Treasury area. This helps us to keep Treasury totally secure. We appreciate your cooperation. Gloves and hand cleaning supplies will be available at the Treasury area. If you need to leave Treasury for any reason, you will need to check out with the treasurer or the beverage cashier.
TREASURY COUNTER VOLUNTEERS
You will be sorting and counting money as it is returned from the gates. This is a detail-oriented position — please be patient. The Treasury supervisor will explain the procedures. This is a very important and sensitive volunteer position. You will be asked to follow strict cash handling procedures.
TREASURY RUNNER VOLUNTEERS

The Treasury supervisor will explain the procedures. This is a very important and sensitive volunteer position. You will be asked to follow strict cash handling procedures.
